I came over to the UK after a 3 month holiday where I gorged myself. I was used to having a personal trainer back home, so with 3 months of indulgent eating and no exercise, it was clear I had put on weight. I wanted to find a trainer that would be able to tailor sessions to what I needed and also use the surrounding outdoors. I found Kirsty by chance and while admittedly I'm still not the best eater (I have always struggled with denying myself food), she definitely helped me get back on track, including regular encouragement with my eating. The sessions were brutal, particularly at the beginning, but I always felt amazing afterwards. She is good at making use of the time and the surroundings and knowing when she is able to push me. After 9 sessions, I am stronger, I lost what I needed around my stomach and waist and have gotten my headspace back into exercise. It is also something a bit nice and social to look forward to, building up a bond with your trainer. I will be stopping over winter because the weather is too cold, but come February, will definitely start the sessions back up with her. Highly recommend!
